Anfahrt anspruchsvoll . Kommen aber sehr gerne wieder”

“Perfect, super clean hotel very nice staff, simply the best! Thanks for being there”

“OK, this is highly biased, but we love this place and the couple who operate it; we returned this year after staying here in 2018. It was like coming home. There's a real personal touch and relationship with Rudy and Taziana that make your stay special. The rooms are great, and the food is amazing. You are away from tourism in Roncone and in real Italy. Not the easiest place to get to, but well worth it! This is the place to stay!”

“Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into a time machine back to the late 1980s – and unfortunately, not in a charming or nostalgic way. The entire property felt outdated and poorly maintained. There was no restaurant, no air conditioning, and the overall standard was well below our expectations. The biggest disappointment was that our room was not cleaned even once during our three-night stay. The beds were never made, the towels were not replaced, and no housekeeping was provided at……

“Eccellente struttura, abbiamo passato 2 giorni splendidi .

“Zentrale Lage. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage. Sehr nettes Personal.”

“Godt besøg - vil helt klart komme igen. Kan klart anbefale lejlighederne”

“Die Zimmer waren makellos und sehr sauber. Die Chefinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ”

“Great location near lake. You have to go to another hotel for check in/out which was inconvenient with luggage since we were not driving. Dining, grocery, and shopping nearby. Noisy in the evening outside”

Ci tornerei volentieri .”

“On our way this lovely hotel in private villa. Modernised and very lovely! We definitely recommend.”

“Everything about Chalet Chapeau R. a R. was wonderful. Both Marco and Stefano were great hosts and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the spa was amazing! We had fabulous breakfasts both days and the pasta Stefano cooked was delicious. The place was very relaxing and a perfect place to explore different hiking trails.”

“The property is in a great location. The host was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. She even helped us find what cold medicine to buy because I didn’t feel good. We would definitely stay here again.”
