“The entire experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service every step along the way. They were all professional but with a wonderful level of comfort that we felt right at home. We can’t wait to go back!”

“Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Apartment is spacious and very well equipped. I only has a suggestion to fix some of the little things like the doors of the cabinets, caulking around shower, shower head pressure and other minor maintenance things. ”

“These were our first vacations in Longboard Key, we were three people, my son, my mother and I had a great time, the best of all we have had, it was a wonderful experience, the sea is beautiful, the place we enjoyed it a lot, that unique tranquility does not exist in Miami where we have lived for years. I just want to highlight something when we made our entrance, the door of the apartment was open and then the pin did not work until we could see Wanda on Monday ... Everything was resolved early……

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: location, the beach was incredible! Easy access- plenty of loungers. Pool was good. Negatives: the condo itself was lacking. Very dark- better lamps are needed throughout. Could use a new coat of paint. Furniture was dingy……
