“Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer.”

“4 adults, 2 infants and a baby. Great size accommodation, but the stairs aren’t the most child friendly (bare that in mind and maybe take a stair gate). We did find it extremely warm OR freezing if we turned the heating down, hard to get the right temperature. Bathrooms could do with a little more through cleaning but overall a lovely property, and great location. ”

“I've stayed at Old Silk Appartments twice so far in apartments 8 and 9. Both I found spotless, white soft towels, comfy beds, tastefully decorated well maintained and adequately appointed. Large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob oven and microwave, basic set of kitchen utensils and a couple of pans adequate to cook something simple. Large TV with Netflix etc WiFi etc It's better than a hotel room in terms of space and comfort at considerably less cost. There are lots of late night food places in……

“This was a perfect stay for us. Great location with only a short walk from the high street and plenty of nice walks in the area. Can park straight outside. Everything was explained perfectly and the host was easily contactable with any queries. It was nice a cosy as described, with all amenities required. I would definitely recommend.”
