Alice's Cottage - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4

Set amongst the trees of Kilminorth Woods, this stunning cottage provides the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in the tranquillity of the Cornish countryside. Explore the beautiful surrounding area, enjoy the peace and quiet of the little hamlet, or walk to the 2 miles to Looe town via the footpath which passes just 50m from the cottage. Close to the river’s edge, the area is ideal for birdwatching or simply enjoying the sights and sounds of the country. Full of charm and character, Alice’s Cottage has exposed beams, slate floors and a woodburning stove.
• Sleeps: 4 • Bedrooms: 2 • Beds: 2 x Double (4’6”) • Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the • Accessibility: Cottage set over two floors. Please note as with most cottages, there is restricted headroom due to exposed beams or sloping eaves. • Kitchen and utilities: Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine,  Small chest freezer in downstairs cupboard • Facilities for families: High chair, travel cot provided but no linen. • Outside: Large patio garden to the front with garden furniture. Just beyond the parking area is the raised barbecue area.  Summerhouse with seating • Pets: 1 small / medium pet  • Parking: Parking for 2 cars outside the cottage • Nearest beach: 2.3 miles • Nearest amenities: 2 miles • Changeover time: Check in at 3pm. Check out at 10am • General: WiFi provided. Electricity included in rent; electric heating throughout, woodburner in lounge. • Important notes: No smoking.

The cottage was very remote, which was exactly what we wanted. what we were looking for.

The cottage contained everything you needed for a holiday allowing you to get away from it all, which was just what we were looking for and more. We will be definitely be making a return visit in the not to distant future.
