“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“I had a wonderful time here. The environment was nice, with a quiet, beautiful golf field view and decent swimming pools nearby. The stuff was friendly, attentive and helpful. They even prepared a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine for my birthday when I didn’t mention anything about it. I bought the half board package, which includes 2 buffets a day. The foods were good and were slightly different day to day. I am very happy with the stay here and I definitely will recommend it to other……
