Villa Alte Springs is an impressive contemporary 4-bedroom house that features a private and exclusive infinity pool with views of the magnificent Barlavento hills. With stunning views of the surrounding landscape, the house is located very close to Alte, one of Portugal's most traditional villages.



This magnificent property has all the necessary amenities to ensure great holidays, such as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, in addition to 4 bedrooms (all en-suite) and 5 bathrooms. On the lower floor, you will find 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, while on the ground floor, you will find 2 more double bedrooms.



On the ground floor, you can also find a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils during your stay, and a charming living/dining room with direct access to the inviting outdoor area, where you can enjoy sunbathing and refreshing swims in the pool while admiring the stunning view of the surrounding area, which will surely enchant children and adults.



Villa Alte Springs benefits from its own spacious and private outdoor space with outdoor furniture, as well as fruit trees around the property, including orange trees that you can pick from if you wish. The traditional Algarvian barbecue provides the perfect area to enjoy delicious outdoor meals prepared among friends or family and to relax from the Algarve sun's heat.



This fantastic and spacious villa is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet away from busy tourist centers, while being a short distance from all amenities. A little further along the beautiful Algarve coast, you will find golden sandy beaches such as Salgados, Galé, Lourenço, or São Rafael, to name a few.

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 8 people.

The 9th to 10th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
