“Overall we had a great experience. The location is little further from Capital Reef NP, but is not a big deal. The only complaint I had is the heating/cooling system by one of the room is very noisy. It kept my husband and I up in the middle of the night. “We stayed here for the last two nights of our trip to southern Utah before leaving on the road back to Chicago. The house was amazing! It may have been the nicest rental we've stayed in ever. It was very clean and tidy, modern interior design/decor, there was space for our clothing (we had been on the road for 1.5 weeks and some rentals had no room to put our clothing), Linda (our host) had everything we needed including bowls, treats and poop bags for our pups + coffee, tea, soda, water, etc...……
