“We had a hiccup getting inbuy once in, everything was as advertised. I like the color scheme and the placr was just the right size for our family of 3 adults and two little ones. The bathrooms are very update. The only suggestion I would give is more lighting in smaller.bedroom such as a lamp near the bed. It was very dark walking from pole lamp to the bed and a lamp would lend to reading without the whole room lit up. However, minus that, our stay was fantastic!! And, the host was vey……

“My family of 4 recently stayed at this beautiful Condo on the lake! We couldn’t have asked for better views or a nicer place to stay. Check in was easy and efficient! I wish we could have stayed longer! We can’t wait to go back again. ”

“New & nice however, needs: hand towel hooks in bathrooms, better blinds & block out curtains in bdrms, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, box springs on both beds rather than plywood bases, shower caddies, wine glasses, more than 1 room key, shower stool/bench (very difficult for women to shave their legs), broom & dust pan, cork screw, tv’s in bdrms, remove one if two closets in 2nd bdrm to make access to hall bathroom (make it a jack & Jill bathroom), washer & dryer. Again, very nice but needs……

“We enjoyed our stay. Location is great for easy access to Rochester. The bottle of wine & chocolates on dining room table was a welcoming extra special touch. my wife really appreciated the Brita water in refrig. Couple of small suggestions to make a stay even better: more lighting.... light on front porch to help see lock and enter code in dark. small battery operating sensor lights on inside stairs...as they are numerous and steep. small side tables with reading lights on each side of bed”

“Perfect place for our weekend stay! Walking distance to shops, food, and the beach! We walked to the lighhouse every morning!The rental was clean and the beds were comfy! The kitchen was well-appointed. Thad was very quick to respond to respond. We notified him that only half the toaster worked and a new one arrived the next day!Would definitely stay here again!”

“This listing states it is a condo, when it is nothing but a hotel room. Several of the pictures and several times in the the listing it mentions a pool and hot tub and it has been closed for 5 years and will never reopen according to the hotel. There is a bar but not open because there is no bartender. ”

“The condo was very comfortable and exactly as listed. Location is great- walking distance to restaurants and bars. Overall a good stay, however, there were some discrepancies with check-in/checkout times on the Trip itinerary versus the email from the rental company. They also expect a lot of extra cleaning from the guest even though they charge a cleaning fee.”
