"Several things really stand out about this cute little beach house. One is that it is the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. The owner clearly assumes that you will take only what you need. There were ziplocks, garbage bags, detergent, paper products, a first aid kit and so much more. The TV has access to streaming. The board game selection is a thoughtful mix for all ages. Another thing is that the owner was very responsive to a small problem we had. It was fixed. And finally the promised easy access to beach and town is accurate.Three teens and their slow walking grandmother were able to walk to the beach in about 12 minutes. We walked to all the restaurants and shops. This is not an upscale fancy place. It's a comfortable old fashioned beach house for a very reasonable price."
