“Lost our reservation. Didn’t get any kind of notice that the hotel was being bought by another hotel and property was in horrible condition. Hotel stunk and was dirty. Room was in terrible condition and stunk. No TV in room. Had to get staff to bring us one. Bathroom was gross. No hot water. Place looked very unsafe. Would not have stayed here but could not find another room in town. Awful experience. ”
