Enjoy an exclusive stay on the IJsselmeerThis luxurious Beach Villa Deluxe for 8 persons combines space, style, and a unique location right on the IJsselmeer. The spacious living room with a cozy fireplace and luxurious open kitchen is located on the upper floor, you will also find a large sun patio. Here, you can enjoy panoramic views over the water all day long, while dining together or relaxing with a drink in the evening sun.

Luxury bedrooms and a wellness bathroomThe ground floor has four spacious bedrooms, three of which have French doors opening onto the yard. The master bedroom has a freestanding bathtub and sink for added comfort. In addition, there is a luxurious bathroom with a double sink, a steam shower cabin with massage jets, and modern finishes. With a private driveway for two cars, washing and drying facilities, and a central vacuum system, you will have all the conveniences you need at your accommodation.

Beach Resort Makkum—beach, promenade, and activitiesYour beach villa is located at exclusive Beach Resort Makkum, right on the beach of the IJsselmeer. You will find a bustling boulevard with restaurants and shops, a wide sandy beach, and numerous water sports opportunities such as sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing here.
