This newly renovated modern apartment, located in the Historic Centre of Malaga, occupies the second floor of the building and features a contemporary and welcoming design. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it stands out for its numerous windows tthat span across all rooms, from the living room to the bedroom, overlooking Pasaje de Heredia. These windows allow natural light to flood every corner, creating a feeling of spaciousness throughout the apartment. In addition, the intelligent distribution of space and the careful selection of furniture in light and neutral tones further enhance the luminosity, making the apartment a functional and pleasant space.

Located in Malaga's iconic Plaza de la Constitución, this apartment offers an exceptional location that provides access to a wide range of leisure activities, highlights and cultural experiences. Residents and visitors can enjoy strolls through the cobbled streets of the historic centre, visits to renowned museums such as the Picasso Museum or the Centre Pompidou Malaga, or simply relax in the many cafes and bars that line the square. Furthermore, Plaza de la Constitución is the epicentre of Malaga's social and cultural life, and its proximity to iconic streets such as Calle Larios, famous for its lively atmosphere and exclusive shops, adds further appeal. All the properties we manage are intended to meet temporary non-touristic accommodation needs and comply with the requirements established by current regulations, including those set forth in Royal Decree 1312/2024.

To formalize any stay, it is mandatory to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the trip. Refusal to sign this agreement may be considered sufficient grounds for cancelling the reservation.

Great location in the center of everything. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and with modern finishes.Our only complaint was about the check-in process which included poor communication and tricky access to the apartment. More detailed instructions and meeting us there would have solved the check-in issues.Despite check-in challenges, we would definitely stay there again.
