"This was a beautiful property to stay in. It was a bit difficult locating the exact home and there is no identifying information on the street or the home. The owner and property manager were fast to answer. We experienced problems with the air conditioning. It only in 1 small living area. It was very hot to sleep in the bedrooms as it does not reach there. 2 small fans were provided but did not circulate much air. We purchased some fans to make sleeping more bearable. "The resort location is remote with not too much other options ion the area. the beach area was very nice and comfortable. The food at the buffet was not very good and there was little to do at night. were the close to the end of season and the resort was shutting down so that may have a lot to do with the lack of options. "Great place but wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel. The room was freshly renovated and quite comfortable however there were no blinds or film on the window in the bathroom making it feel very exposed. Lots of mosquitos and no repellents were provided and no window nets so could open the balcony or windows sadly. Breakfast options were very poor in comparison to other hotels we stayed at in Sardinia and mostly included sweets. Didn't get a chance to use the pool as the weather wasn't great but looks nice."

"The outside communal areas were clean and functional with good views of the mountains, the pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms were tired and could do with an upgrade. "We had an excellent two week stay at the Club Hotel Marina Seada Beach. The hotel is very attractive with all buildings blending sympathetically into the surround pine forest. There were crickets / cicadas singing when we went which added to the ambience. The whole hotel was immaculate. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. Food was excellent both in terms of choice and quality, and all the chefs did a great job. One could have a whole meal with the antipasti alone, let alone the choice of pasta dishes and meat / fish. There was an abundance of all sorts of fresh fruit at every meal. The beach and sea were lovely, with warm, clear water all the way down to several metres. The sea was very suitable for children with it being calm for almost all of our stay. There was some seaweed when we went (end July, start of August) but nothing that spoilt the swimming. There is also another beach a short walk through the pine forest which was equally as good. The recreation in the hotel was good with tennis, petanque, mini golf (5 holes) and table tennis on offer. We quite appreciated that the equipment was left out for all to use with no need to book or ask reception for the gear. The only bit of improvement was that playground area could do with some renovation. All staff were very kind and diligent and were only eager to help."

"The hotel is very charming. The dining area is lovely. Breakfast was good-meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, pastries. The pool was nice. The rooms definitely leave something to be desired. They are very plain & just a room w a bed & tv & dresser. Nothing fancy but fine. The ac works nicely. And the bathroom is small but seemed recently updated. Plenty of parking. About a 10 min walk to beach with a couple of restaurants there. Paid parking at the beach that takes card. Overall we liked it and would stay again. "
