“When I arrived I waited for over an hour to get my room ready even though the check in was from 2 pm I got to my room around 3.45pm. My room was great size but dirty and smelly and right by the pool and social areas so there was constant noise and loud music playing. There was also unwanted door to another room from the corner of my room - I didn’t feel comfortable and heard everything from the family next to us. “I made this booking at last minute because of a bad experience in another apartment and they accommodated me well. The price was amazing given the location and facilities. The pool area was well looked after also and the pool looked really clean. Everything you needed for a long stay is available in the apartment other than cleaning products and shower gels in the bathroom. But it’s easy to bring those items yourself. The staff very friendly, 1 of the gentleman even gave me some lovely fruit one……
