"Rental was as described and even better than the photos. Only suggestion would be to have an extra set of larger towels and a spare set of keys. Otherwise perfect location and a hidden gem in the very heart of Canterbury."

"Perfect location for folk week was peaceful and quiet but also close enough to access everything close the town will be back next year "

"Convenient for town and free parking nearby. Beds were comfy but there were a few cleanliness issues especially in the Communal hallway. Lacked a few kitchen essentials and we were surprised to be expected to take our rubbish home. That’s simply not practical for most people! "

"The flat was exactly as described and there were plenty of utensils and crockery for a short stay. It is located directly opposite the beach and the view is superb. Everything is a few minutes walk away, which was fantastic as I don't have a car. The owner was easy to reach and responded promptly. I would highly recommend. "

The waterfront location is very convenient for the old town and the beach, and close to some incredible eating spots like Angela's and Pearly Cow."
