Want a luxurious, family friendly, safe and yet a practical place to stay? Then this apartment is perfect for you. This 150sqm apartment has 2 balconies facing breathtaking mountain and sea views, the infinity pool located in the centre of the complex, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful weather of Costa del Sol.

La Mairena is perfectly located as it's just 15 minutes away from Centre Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus. 7min away you can also find the best and most beautiful beaches in Costa del Sol, including the Nikki Beach and the Beach House.
Near the apartment you can find El Soto Leisure and Sport Centre, challenging 9 Holes Golf Course and the Hofsass Tennis Academy. You can also find the best Golf Course in Marbella like Santa Maria & La Cala golf club.

There is unlimited high speed WiFi, 55" Smart TV, Air Conditioning, Bluetooth lights and speakers in bedrooms, dining table with 6 chairs, fireplace, kitchen with fully integrated appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, microwave, plates and cutlery, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and breakfast table with 4 chairs.
