“This property was perfect for a quiet, relaxing weekend of hiking and sightseeing. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch, overlooking the pond. It was very peaceful. We really appreciated the hosts' welcome gifts of homemade cinnamon rolls and bouquet of flowers. They were a lovely touch! The cozy country cabin is a wonderful place to unplug and recharge. ”

“This was the perfect place to get away, relax on the porch overlooking a special spot in the creek, and play in the water. We watched movies on VHS, listened to cds, and cooked our meals. We had everything we needed, felt safe and welcomed, and left recharged. Definitely returning!”

“Beautiful land and venue with great location! Absolutely loved those aspects and would’ve given it more stars if there were no concerns. The only issues we had were regarding cleanliness (a very strong mold smell resulting from a kitchen sink leak in the cabinet below) and pest infestations in the kitchen. Both were communicated to the property manager who advised they relayed them to the owners. We made it work as we weren’t at the house much at all, but it would have been very nice to receive……

“This place was great! As described, it is a shipping container, so it is compact while having all the necessities. Everything was clean, and getting in was easy and straightforward. The location is absolutely beautiful. We were surrounded by trees, and it was very quiet and peaceful. The patio area and rooftop deck offer great places to sit and enjoy nature. The trails were great too, leading down to a creek with some really cool rock features. We were just a short drive from French Lick and……
