"Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin hat einwandfrei funktioniert, leider kam ich an den Vermittler Holidu nicht ran (Chatbot, keine Antwort auf E-Mail). Das Zimmer ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Nord-Flughafens und für Wanderungen im Anaga gut geeignet, in dem Dörfchen El Pris gibt es ein Meer-Schwimmbecken, einen Minimarkt und zwei Restaurants. Der Bus hält direkt im Ort, Parken ist auch kein Problem. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt oder wenn man sich tagsüber in der Wohnung...

Die Terrasse war unser Lieblingsfrühstücksplatz (22 Grad Mitte Januar!) Die Wanderwege in die Berge beginnen hundert Meter vom Eingang entfernt, das Meer ist zu Fuß über einen 1,3 km langen Spaziergang zu erreichen. "Logement spacieux et confortable, dans un village typique, avec une belle vue des chambres et de la terrasse. La petite épicerie juste à côté dépanne bien pour les courses. La plage et 2 ou 3 belles randonnées à faire à proximité, les autres sites intéressants sont à 30-45 mn de voiture. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire (boite à clé) mais communication facile par whatsapp."

"Positives: Friendly front desk staff, a large clean room (#408), comfortable bed, and effective air conditioning. The hotel is centrally located for shops, restaurants, and tram stops. With the windows closed, the fourth-floor room was generally quiet. Negatives: The shower area in room 408 has a large clear glass window, offering no privacy. We had to cover it with towels. The rooftop terrace bar is a separate business with its own entrance, which may make hotel photos appear misleading. On Saturday evening there was loud music from the terrace, although it was not audible in our fourth-floor room; higher floors may be affected more. Street noise is to be expected due to the central location and nearby tram lines. During Carnival, noise increased significantly, with a nearby bar playing loud music until 4am on our final night. With windows open, early-morning noise from people outside and cigarette smoke from staff smoking below was also noticeable. Night-time refuse collection added further disturbance. Overall: The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, but we would not stay again. Rooms do not have balconies, and the rooftop bar is not part of the hotel. While most nights were reasonably quiet (earplugs recommended), noise can be significant during busy periods such as Carnival. We did not use the hotel breakfast, so cannot comment on dining. Summary: A pleasant central hotel with good rooms, but if you want outdoor space or guaranteed quiet, particularly"
