Both of the fully equipped kitchens on the main and lower levels are culinary havens, fully equipped for both seasoned chefs and those who believe that the best meals are the ones shared with loved ones. All bedrooms have been designed with comfort in mind for all guests as they each boast a Queen bed as well as one separate bedroom on the lower level for privacy. Venture outside to the spacious deck, your front-row seat to the grand spectacle of nature. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub under the stars or sipping your morning coffee with a view that could inspire poets, Sundance View has a way of making every moment unforgettable. Important Property Notes
• Please note, Sundance View's 3rd bedroom is on the lower level of the home, which has no direct interior access from the top level of the home. Guests must access the 3rd bedroom via an exterior staircase to the lower level entrance.
• Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 do not have heat registers directly in the room, but can be kept warm in colder weather by keeping the bedroom door open and the ceiling fan running to circulate heat. To supplement, each of these rooms also has an electric oil heater available if more warmth is needed.
• 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. We recommend one with sufficient clearance (i.e SUV, Truck, or raised Sedan).

• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per dog (plus taxes) 2 dogs max.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals.
• A Vacation Coordinator from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.

This reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver policy. If you would prefer to use a refundable security deposit, please contact our office to provide a check for the security deposit and we will refund the damage waiver. Thank you!
