NEW SPACIOUS PENTHOUSE APARTMENT, just 5 minutes' walk from all amenities and over 60 places to eat.

It’s ideal for families, being so close to the family park, beach, swimming pool and fitness centre. It's also a great place for couples to stay who want to explore the island.

More Information

The apartment is light and airy, with a large open plan living, dining and cooking area and two balconies to relax with a drink as the sun goes down.

100Mbps Wi-Fi is included, as well as air conditioning throughout.

The Space

Bedroom 1: Spacious queen-sized bed, expansive walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom (with large shower) for ultimate convenience. Also:
• Air Conditioning
• 7,000 TV channels from across Europe as well as streaming of movies and TV series
• Balcony with sea view

Bedroom 2: Comfortable twin bed, plenty of wardrobe storage space and a chest of draws for your things. Brand new Air conditioning is fitted for your comfort.

Living /Dining Room: Cosy, but light and airy open plan area. The sofa and armchair are comfy and offer the perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring. There is a coffee table and blankets. A table lamp and plush carpets all add to the atmosphere. Also:
• 47 Inch TV with 7,000 channels from across Europe as well as streaming of movies and TV series
• Air Conditioning
• Dining table for 6 people for eating and socialising

Kitchen: A brand new modern kitchen, with an electric oven, gas hobs, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and capsule coffee machine to ensure you have everything you need. There is plenty of cutlery and crockery and all the cooking pots, pans and utensils you would need. There is a convenient breakfast bar with stools for casual dining.

Family Bathroom: A new bright and modern family bathroom, with comfortable bath to ensure you have plenty of opportunity to relax. There is a large mirror with built-in lighting. Hand soap and towels are included.

Balcony: A large balcony accessed from a wide doorway off the lounge. The balcony has a large table and double sofa, making it the perfect place for alfresco dining, or a place to relax with a drink. The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac ensuing plenty of peace and quiet.

We take pride in offering a warm welcome and a comfortable home away from home for your time with us. We want to ensure you have a great trip.

Self check-in is via a key safe. The friendly and helpful host can be reached via phone, Whatapp, text or email. They are located only a short distance away to ensure they are on hand if urgently needed.

If you need local knowledge, we would be only too pleased to help out.

Other Things to Note

The fifth bed is a folding bed which can either be located in the main bedroom, twin or open plan living space, at your convenience.

We have the right to enter the property as necessary for urgent maintenance or other serious issues. In the unlikely event this is necessary, you shall always be advised by phone or email beforehand, and we will knock on the door three times prior to entry.
