“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting...

“It was beautiful, clean and very conveniently located near to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Had trouble with front door lock; followed online instructions and it did not work. Luckily the keypad at very top of door worked to get in and out. How it actually worked and instructions did not match. Refrigerator beeped for approximately 10 minutes when opening right door of it.”

“The condo was great. It was very clean and had many amenities including a full-sized refrigerator, washer and dryer. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable and so was the couch. The pool on-site was nice. The location was great and just a short walk to the beach. It was quiet there, which we greatly appreciated. We’d stay here again!”

“Overall we really liked this property. The location was excellent - it was close to the beach and to other cute local places like Amato’s pizza. Kitchen and living room were very spacious and well furnished. The little back porch was also nice! Check in and out process were also super easy. There were two things that we had an issue with but they didn’t necessarily ruin our experience here. The first was the fact that this company wouldn’t allow us a refund once we booked the trip which always...

“I had a wonderful stay here to celebrate my 40th birthday. The unit was well appointed and clean. The amenities at the residences were also great! We left the kids at home this time but next time I will definitely bring the kids. They’d love the pool area and fire pits!”

“This condo was so nice that I would rent it again. The view from the deck up the beach was amazing. It’s steps from the beach. Nice pool, too, although we wished the pool were open a little longer. Two parking spaces plus Delaware State Park spots across Lighthouse Rd and free parking on 145th St made it easy for friends to stop by. The property manager delivered new frying pans an hour after I requested them! The only downside was a streaming only LG TV that wouldn’t pick up the wireless...
