When we arrived the first evening the apartment had a strong smoke smell and we alerted the host who offered to have someone come by the next day to freshen. “Host was great with communicating. However it snowed while we were there and no one came ever came to lay salt or shovel. I was in town for my daughters cheer competition so i had to come in and out a lot. The property itself was small and cute.
