St James Bay Golf & Pickleball Resort
Upon arrival the rooms were extremely dirty the floors were full of sand. There bedding sheets look like they were not cleaned. The showers had mold growing on curtains. We were not able to sit outside due to the extreme amount of bugs.

Waterfront on Ochlockonee Bay-Renovated condo & sparking pool
The place was fine for me & my fishing buddy. Had some issues with VRBO booking but honestly I’m not good with pushing cell phone “buttons” & the issue with parking my boat…I resolved. The owners were honest with the boat parking restriction.

BEACH FRONT to BAY with boatdock, swimming pool, pickleball courts and kayaks.
We were traveling with 1 small dog, a 1 year old and 8 adults for 1 daughter graduation from FSU. Relax on a Beautiful River in a Natural Florida Setting
We had such a wonderful time. We went fishing in the river and enjoyed seeing the jumping fish in the afternoon. The house was stocked with all the condiments we needed. I would definitely recommend this retreat to anyone. Thank you!!!Elizabeth
