"Everyone in the hotel was absolutely incredible. I enjoyed every second. I think my only vice was the floors not being totally clean (hair, a bit of dirt which showed up on my cream bunny slippers). However, the kindness of the staff more than made up for it. Breakfast each morning was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful. I alao enjoyed the spa and hair salon. I would definitely return. It was a lovely experience I won't forget and im grateful to everyone for their kind attention to me. The staff is 10/10."

They provided us with a great contact for Comuna 13 visit. In addition to this they also booked a field trip to Guatape. Best experience ever. I felt very safe walking to Provenza area from the hotel. "
