" Clean, comfortable room. Nice pool and hot tub, which we took advantage of several times. Nice breakfast. 5 minutes from SUNY Brockport and very convenient for taking a campus tour. "

"I had a King sized bed with a jacuzzi in the room. The room was nice and big,had a table and couple chairs next to fridge and microwave and had a desk as well and a longe chair for if someone wanted to watch TV they could,the bathroom was spacious, good amount of lighting and a full length mirror,which is nice to have when getting ready.The staff where very friendly and nice and very accommodating, especially Nikki,I believe her name is.She was very sweet and welcoming my daughter there.I definitely will be back again."

"The pictures on Expedia are borderline false advertisement. This place is rundown, smelly and outdated. I dont believe the water park was open and there were stains everywhere you look. Cheap rooms though, and my dogs stayed free so if your looking for something cheap and pet friendly, this might work for you. "

"This hotel has recently or is currently being renovated and the place was clean, the staff was great, and the hot breakfast was always stocked. Some members of the national guard were staying on the property and the owners put out a collection box for the military if guests wanted to donate. Thoughtful people are running this place."

"The rooms were only soft cleaned when we checked in. The bedding was not changed. You can tell the bed was just remade. The toilet paper roll was near empty, it do not have that “toilet paper fold”. There was only one wash cloth and two towels in the room. We checked in with three people. The body wash and shampoo containers were empty. When I spoke with the front desk the looked at me, dumbfounded, and just said “okay”. After a brief pause I asked for clean towels and wash cloths. The front desk clerk said “well, I have to check to see if we have any clean”. Mind you, I used this same hotel last fall and had a similar experience. They “ran out of towels” and we had absolutely none. When I requested a refund the manager called me a liar and refused because I had already stayed there. This time I checked out after the first night. Still waiting on a promised refund of the second and third night. Do not use this hotel!! You will be disappointed. "
