"Parking is awful in Old San Juan and this hotel does nothing to help. There is no place to unload luggage, except by blocking traffic. There is no help from anyone to help with luggage. "First thing if it’s going to be self check in the place should be loaded with towels, couldn’t get anyone to bring me fresh towels, unit was ok but the couches are filthy use a couch cover or get them professionally cleaned. Located near everything was a plus it was ok for the money we spent"
