是個好的住宿選擇

有非常足夠的住宿活動空間，包含廚房、客廳、臥室、乾濕分離的浴室。廚房設施及餐具齊全，客廳有大沙發，臥室包含暖氣、床乾淨舒適，雖然連續住宿要7天才會有一次額外房間打掃服務，但打掃人員整理的很用心乾淨。其中比較須改善的是浴室的水會忽冷忽熱，還有並無24小時櫃檯服務。

The location is the best. It is very accessible. located in CBD. I have booked a loft style room. quite comfortable. It is a serviced department, rather than a hotel. No cleaning service is provided during my 4 nights stay in melb.

牀褥有點軟，有洗衣及乾衣設備。單位只有一部冷氣機，主客房在夏天住宿可能會較熱。酒店門口是大廈玻璃出入口，沒有指示名牌，要小留意是，否則不容易找到。附近有商場，近唐人街，食店多。

地點好

地點附近行大約5min 有免費電車站,但注意平日apartment 員工收工時間8pm, 由於預先通知電郵通知約8點左右才到達,職員已在apartment 門口等待,否則沒有電話真的很麻煩。 Wifi 壞了，幾天已能上網卡上網

Near city centre and close to China Town.

Great location but travellers with heavy luggage or wheelchair should be aware the two sets of stairs between the ground level and the reception and elevator. Furthermore, the staff were not 24-hour on duty. There were only receptionists from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm from Monday to Friday. The rooms and beds were clean but the lounge and kitchen were disappointing. The oven did not function well. The wash machine was broken and thus we could not wash our clothes. The defective lighting in master room made us living in dark condition for 3 nights. There was no room service daily. We stayed for 5 nights but the cleaners, over subsequent days, only changed towels and made bed for twice. I think I will not recommend any friends to stay in this apartment as there are a lot of other choices in the nearby.

因為早一日行程有delay ，入住當日早上先打電話去request late checkin . 收到入住指示email 但email 並不仔細，只講點開玻璃門，無講key 放邊個信箱，又無講房號. 即刻打返去就話開左門就會見到，唯有信住先. 到半夜去到又開唔到門，打門上寫住既緊急電話先問到信箱號，信箱號同房號又不同.... 泊車前務必打去問佢同邊個停車場有合作. 費用會便宜好多

位於CBD，附近生活機能方便

飯店位於市中心，徒步去哪裡都方便。裡面有廚房方便料理餐點，臥室客廳都很舒服，只是櫃台不是24小時都待命，飯店有免費網路，使用起來很方便。附近有唐人街，有超市，吃喝都非常方便。

A comfortable apartment but room for improvement

I didn't know that we needed to walk upstairs to my room. There were about 10 steps. It was quite difficult to carry two big heavy suitcases to walk up 10 steps. The hotel should have notified the customers about this point. Furthermore, the staff are not 24-hour on duty. There were only receptionists from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm from Monday to Friday, and half-day working day on Saturdays. We were unable to seek any help off these hours. There was also no room service on Sundays. That meant no clean towels for Sunday until Monday afternoon. For a few days, we went for day tours early in the morning till late at night, we were unable to ask for any information or book the airport shuttle. Once I cut my finger and it kept bleeding for half an hour, the staff could not even give me a plaster. She asked me to go to a chemist. Luckily, i arrived the chemist 5 minutes before it closed. It was quite inconvenient for a family with small kids or tourists who want more travel information during the stay.

City life apartment

Great location and very good space apartment. Would be perfect if there were heater in the bedroom and bathroom during winter. The aircon in the lounge room was not powerful to warm up the bedroom and bathroom. The duty manager was helpful during my stay. Quick after-hours check in and check out.
