“Lovely hotel, great location. Views amazing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Lift is quite small and a little dated, creaked quite a bit which was a bit worrying, could probably do with an upgrade. Air con in room was excellent and a very welcome reprieve from the heat of the day. Not noisy either, so didn’t affect sleep. Shower was quite small, and difficult to move around in without banging elbows and knees. Although food looked well presented in hotel restaurant and……

“Super clean and comfortable. Not fancy, but nice. Great and friendly service. Good breakfast. Nice pool area. It is a good 12 to 15 minute walk to town, uphill on the way back, but doable. Nice and quite hillside. Great for relaxing with a drink by the pool after exploring other areas of lake como! ”

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
