“This hotel is amazing. We were celebrating an anniversary and upon on our arrival they had fresh orange juice and a chocolate mousse for us. Such a lovely gesture. We loved how the mini bar is stocked with complimentary snacks and soft drinks/juices. The staff are really professional and warm, they have a keen eye for detail and take hospitality seriously. “I came with my mother for our annual mother/daughter trip. The hotel was stunning, decor was exquisite and staff and service was wonderful. Beautiful haven in the middle of Mahon. The room was spacious, clean and had all the nice little touches. The pool and gardens were beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and filling - fresh eggs to order with custom sides and a buffet of pastries, fruit and cold meats/cheeses. Free coffee/tea/water available 24/7 My only criticism is that this……

“Le personnel était très sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il dispose d'un grand parking mais il y a également quelques places devant l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, il y avait beaucoup de "salé". Le SPA est accessible sans réservation préalable. Dommage que l'eau de la piscine du SPA soit un peu froide. Il n'y avait pas d'après-shampoing dans les douches.”
