Age Requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.

⚠︎RESORT FEES:
Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay the resort fees directly to the resort. Please note, fees provided below are subject to change without prior notice:

⚠︎ Resort Fee: $40 + tax per night, per unit.*

⚠︎ The resort fee includes two beach chairs and one umbrella, available on a first-come, first-served basis. They cannot be reserved in advance. During high season, we recommend arriving early, as beach amenities are limited.

⚠︎ A $250 security deposit will be placed on hold by the resort.**
** Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $250 on your credit card at the time of check in. Security deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3–5 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank.

⚠︎ Housekeeping: Optional housekeeping services are available for $165.00 per cleaning. Please contact us with your preferred date and time, and we’ll arrange the service through our third-party cleaning company.

⚠︎ Late Check-Out: A $120 fee for a 2-hour late check-out, subject to availability. This must be confirmed with a Stay Today representative at least one day before your scheduled check-out.

⚠︎ Beach Towels: Provided by the Resort Beach Service, beach towels are only to be used on the beach.

⚠︎ Wrist Bands: All guests are required to wear wristbands provided by the resort while using the amenities.

✓ Bugs & Critters: We regularly spray the property to prevent bugs and insects. However, as Florida is a sub-tropical climate, please keep doors closed to avoid critters entering the unit.

⨷ No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, as well as on balconies, backyards, or front yards. Violations of this policy will result in a $500 penalty. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
