The house is clean and comfortable (cozy) with very thoughtful amenities. It is situated in a very quiet area. I got a really good, peaceful vibe in the house. Couldn’t ask for more from my experience staying.”

“It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!”

“We loved the downtown location! The parking specifically for unit c is very tight so we had to park on the other side. Walking down to the basement is a chore! Stairs are very tight, but the kids loved it! Had a musky pet smell mostly upstairs in the carpeted areas. The upstairs bathroom in particular was very dirty. I had to rinse the tub out because there was hair everywhere. There were only 3 towels left in the bathroom and 5 of us. We ended up finding more in the downstairs(basement) closet……

“Good space. Clean. It is a basement unit at a home where the host lives, so there was some upstairs footsteps & activities that are heard down there. Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience.”

“An exceptional property in an amazing location. One of a kind. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat. Be aware that it is quite isolated and bring whatever food or beverages you prefer. The cottage has a full kitchen stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Lots of dishes and silverware. There is a Keurig coffeemaker and pods, etc. and a few energy bars were left out but I was glad that I had brought my own (microwaveable) dinner and snacks.”
