“Staying here for the first time was absolutely horrible… There were water issues. I lost water more than three times. The front door didn't lock, and the owner/manager didn’t even care to fix the water issue or make it right. I checked out on Sunday and went to a different location, and I won’t be back, that's for sure.
I was in cabin number 2.”

“Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. ”

“Much better than staying at a hotel! Very clean. Nice, cool room. Neighborhood looked sketchy, but once I arrived at my cabin, I had no concerns about the surrounding area. Seems centrally located. Not close to shopping as most shopping is on the east side of town. ”
