Newly opened in August 2026, spacious rooms, great water views and excellent location. Combined washing machine / dryer was very handy. Limited (10 spots) on street parking available nearby for $30 per night - pre-book with the hotel.

We had an incredible stay in the most peaceful and comfortable room (Kelly) with a stunning vista, the staff aren’t on site at all times, and there is a beautiful self-service communal kitchen that is well appointed with some tasty local basics (cakes, jams, toast). I certainly couldn’t have asked for anything more, it’s exactly what we wanted. But don’t expect full service with amenities galore. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great Hobart venue. We loved the way in which the original character of the factory was preserved wherever possible. The brickwork and exposed beams. The artworks and gallery were a treat to browse. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Would stay here on our next visit to Hobart.
