"excellent customer service at coffee station near front desk; excellent customer service at front desk. room was basic but clean and amenities in room were nice - a coffee maker would have been nice - that was odd that there wasn't one."

"The two rooms we had were very clean, comfortable beds. The neighbor had tv on the whole night and we could hear it. Parking was convenient right in front of the rooms. Breakfast had good options to start the day before our trip to Lassen park. There is hiking and biking trail near by."

"Nice, agreeable staff, without much follow through. At check-in was informed room would only be cleaned after 3 days. On day 4 of our 5 night stay one of our two rooms were cleaned following three requests; the second room never did receive the cleaning. Would be hard pressed to stay here again."

"We had an amazing weekend at the cabin. Everything was wonderfully appointed and very clean. The hosts were accommodating and very communicative. We will absolutely be planning a trip to stay again!"

"This was our second stay. Everything was great again. Nice backyard to relax and have coffee in the morning while our dog played on the grass. Location is great its close to the stores and the casino is a mile or two down the street. We will stay here again next year."
