“First, the place is represented well as described and pictured. Great kitchen and sleeping arrangements, plenty of room. Communication with the property management company was inconsistant. Here are the issues stand out. First, the Google Maps link sent from the company directed us to the wrong place and had to ask those owners where the VRBO place was. Second, as others have said, wifi is spotty and slow inside the house. Third, we had requested early on to have some additional firewood……

“This was such a great find! We booked pretty last minute, about 1 week before we stayed. The host was very gracious and flexible with us. The space was clean and felt quite cozy. If you have mobility issues, I'd plan to sleep in one of the rooms below the loft, you have to climb a ladder to get to the big bed upstairs. “The property description is misleading. It listed 1.5 bathrooms, but there is only one. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the property. Keep in mind that I had been communicating with the property manager, for over 4 months. To start, I was not informed that you had to trek up these old, steep, metal stairs to enter the rented area. Or, you could walk up the frontstairs, but the entrance is narrow and its a lot of stairs. My mother came with me, as my daughter was graduating from college.……

“Enjoyed our stay at this cozy, off the main highway, 4-br farmhouse. Extremely close to Faylor Lake Disc Golf Course, with a great setup to play board games or all the things you might need to make/eat meals if you cook or bring back takeout. Airy Dale Farmer’s Market nearby has stromboli (regular or cheesesteak) to make in the oven and/or a selection of hot/cold deli options. Judy/Heidy provided great instructions at the house to self-service any questions you might have about the house or……

“Property was clean and well kept. Property was on a highway and the front door is literally 50 feet from that highway resulting in a good bit of traffic noise. The driveway entrance was pitted and uneven and raised concerns about damaging my car as I entered and exited the property. Coffee maker did not work.”
