“It was in a great neighbourhood and beautiful decorated”

“There were many good things about this hotel: location; cleanliness; price. However, we got locked out of our room when we returned at 10 p.m. because of a problem with the keypad system. So frustrating. To the company's credit, someone answered the customer service number when we called, tried to resolve the problem remotely (didn't work), and sent a caretaker who arrived about a half hour later. We had to wait outside on the street because the small lobby was about 100 degrees. It was……

“The room was both well appointed and gorgeous. The location was just what I'd hoped for, enough city energy to feel the vibe but not so much that it lacked peace in the evening. Really cool neighborhood, close to restaurants doing high level cuisine. I had a question for the staff that was answered quickly and received a follow up to double check I had gotten what I needed. This is a spot worth revisiting.”
