Waterfront in Broadkill Beach! 4 Bedroom plus Den (5th Bedroom), 3 Bath house sleeps 10, just steps to beautiful Broadkill Beach. Sit on the 4 decks and enjoy the sounds of the waves, walk the miles of beach, or sit inside and enjoy beautiful views from almost every window of this home. Home features 4 bedrooms, plus a down stairs area that is like its own private bedroom with a full bath. A Large Cedar Sunroom, acts as an additional eating/living room area. Dishwasher, 3 TVs, Blue Ray, Wireless Internet, Washer/Dryer, Air Conditioners, Blender, Microwave, Decks, Outside Shower, Gas Grill & More. Air conditioning consists of 3 ductless AC units and 1 window AC in den. Great location for biking, swimming, hiking and bird watching. Broadkill Beach is just 15 minutes north of Historic, Lewes DE.

Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

Broadkill Beach is wonderful. Very chill, beautiful. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Great bird watching, sunrise and sunset views are spectacular.. Being sandwiched between Prime Hook and Beach Plum Island was terrific. This house is really lovely. Very roomy, well organized and gracious. We really appreciated the fact that the kitchen is so well equipped. Just great!!
