Even the music playing throughout the mansion during breakfast made you feel transported. Jim and Susie were so warm and welcoming. They waited up for us when we arrived late, gave us a thoughtful tour, and somehow still had the energy to make us feel completely at home. Over breakfast the next morning (which was out of this world—I’m still drooling over the homemade waffles and cinnamon butter), they even surprised us with a sweet engagement gift. It was such an unexpected and heartfelt gesture. You can feel the love and care this family pours into the stay and hospitality. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left. Highly recommend."

"We stayed for one night while visiting the area. The facility was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking. Close to some shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and larger than expected. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a nice variety even though we got there a bit late. The billiards table in the common area is a nice touch. We didn't have a chance to play but if we had stayed longer we would have taken advantage. All in all a very pleasant stay. This will be our go-to spot for future visits from now on. "

"First, “ host” never sent any messsges; never responded to any of my emails. The place was already occupied, despite my having a confirmation! The property outside was overgrown, empty bottles/trash spread everywhere. Outdoor cats roaming on property. Current occupants allowed me to come in. The inside was very dirty, mess all over floor. The occupant kindly called “ host” who first thought I had wrong address.The occupant confirmed, with my printout of everything, that my info was correct and I had proof of payment. “ host “ said he could not do anything and suggested I call customer support. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just a clean place to sleep. Ended up going on Airbnb site and got lucky with a nice place nearby. I did get a refund on my money. "

"A no-frills hotel which is absolutely wonderful. Our room was large with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. Everything was clean which is very important. Upgrades will be done per the front desk. Breakfast is no longer being served but there are plenty of places in neighboring towns for food. There is plenty of parking, vending machines for snacks and amazing sunset views."
