“Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. We loved our 6 nights there and highly recommend it as a base fir exploring the region, or a spot for just chilling out.”

“Location was excellent. Property small but perfect for two and very homely. Porthmadog is a lovely place and very convenient to visit other places. Weather was good which was a plus we really enjoyed our stay.”

“A really impressive little place that was perfect for our family of three. The quality of the accommodation was excellent, as were the location and the view. Plus there's lots to see and do in the local area. We'd happily go back”

“Clean and spacious for us (couple in late 20s).
Good kitchen and cooking space with all utensils provided.
The beds were comfy too.
The sofas were leather and not very comfortable but we tried to be out and about as much as we could.
No towels were provided Because of covid so we had to buy some as all of the information said they would be supplied and we didn’t bring any.”
