This home also has access to a private white-sand beach! When you're not reading, dining, or basking in the fresh ocean air on your private balcony, in awe of the beautiful view stretching out to Panama City, you'll enjoy easy walking access to swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and other fantastic resort amenities.

Here on the gated grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be just a few steps from two on-site restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a mini-golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. An assortment of excellent golf courses await in the surrounding area, and the nature trails of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park are immediately east. If you're looking to shop, take your pick of Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles west), and Destin Commons (seven miles west).

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 9.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
