“The photos and description of property does not match reality. The house showed multiple signs of neglect. Exterior: Mold, overgrown weeds, yard clippings laying around, and spider webs everywhere. Interior: Electrical outlets that were not properly finished, old and smelly sheets, stained mattress and pad, spider webs and life bugs on the wall, dirty windows, no towels, refrigerator did not work properly, small auxiliary refrigerator froze our food, flatware in drawers was mostly dirty,……

“Sehr schöne, gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht (Küchenausstattung etc.)”
