“Beautiful little getaway, with its own private waterfall only a 5 minute walk away. Hosts were very responsive and helpful, and even suggested some awesome activities in the area. The space was well kept and tidy, and the outhouses were even kinda cozy (if you can call an outhouse cozy!) My boyfriend and I hope to make this visit an annual thing. Thanks Sleepy Bear Retreat for a great stay.”

“We had an amazing 2-night stay at this peaceful off-grid cabin! Tim, the manager, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. “This was the perfect cabin for our trip to Banff and Yoho. The rooms are nice and spacious and rmthe cabin is fully equipped. Very comfortable beds”

The cabin is adorable with modern and cozy finishes. There are giant windows with views of the forrest and the surrounding mountains. “Definitely felt very clean and new. The host was very easy to deal with any questions or issues we had. If traveling the road in the winter I would take the advice of having 4x4. We had a brand new wheel drive with winter tires and it struggled a bit. ”

“Set back a little ways off the beaten path this is a lovely, comfortable cabin with amazing views. Worked well for our family of 5, each of my girls had their own bedroom. We particularly enjoyed the trail down to the Blaeberry River - gorgeous little spot. We like that this spot allowed access to many points of interest: Golden itself, Yoho and Glacier National Parks - all just a hop, skip and a jump away.
