This Apartment can be rented in 3 (three) different ways:

VERSION 1:
As an open concept with the base price as primarily shown, which includes the sleeping area, resting place, kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for a couple plus the sofa bed. (3rd guest and on with an extra fee)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.

VERSION 2 and 3 extra fee is calculated nightly fee/room. Not nightly fee/person. Being 2 guests does not avoid our fees if you have extra room requests. (Mode 2 and 3) (!)

VERSION 2:
VERSION 1 + one bedroom (refer to Bedroom 1 in Photos). Ideal for a family up to 4 persons. *** TO ACTIVATE VERSION 2 you will need to Add +2 Extra Guests ADULT fee.

VERSION 3 – VERSION 1 + VERSION 2 + a 2nd bedroom (refer to Bedroom 2 in Photos). For families up to a maximum of 6 guests. *** TO ACTIVATE VERSION 3, you will need to Add +4 Extra Guests' ADULT Fee.

We do NOT rent this apartment in SHARABLE in between guests unless under the same reservation.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PARTY - GROUPS OR THOSE WHO TRY TO CONDUCT ILLEGAL BUSINESS!
BE NICE, BE WISE! PROPERTY IS UNDER 24/7 CAMERAS’ SURVEILLANCE!
ALL VIOLATIONS OF OUR POLICIES WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE!
NO EXCEPTIONS!

This apartment is an open concept one when rented in VERSION 1. With a spacious high-ceiling bedroom and resting area.
A bright corner and table if you need to work and a resting area for watching TV and relaxing. Or even read a book by the window.
The kitchen is fully furnished and has a dining space in it. The bathroom has all the amenities, and the laundry machines in the corner.

The apartment has also 2 other bedrooms and a Powder Room (small toilet) which are closed with locks to the guests in VERSION 1.
No access will be given to these rooms unless pre-booked and paid for. You can choose to book just one or both of the extra rooms depending on the number of members of your family. Only for families. No party-groups.
If you decide to book please respect the signs on the doors and our strict policies.

At the front entrance, there is a balcony where you may enjoy your morning coffee too.

Parking: there is always parking in the street in front.
Also, we may provide a parking spot (if available), if you decide to park your car for the entire stay.
But if you plan to drive around during the day it would be more practical to just park in the street.

NOTE

Our Prices are not higher. They include all mentioned taxes already, to avoid confusion on your bill:

15% Guest fee - VRBO takes it.
3% Host fee - Quebec Tourism Tax (CITQ of Quebec keeps it)
9.98% QST Tax - Quebec Provincial Government takes it
5% GST Tax - Federal Government takes it.
