Not the experience we expected for the price

"We booked two standard rooms over New Year based on Hotels.com descriptions. Whilst our stay was okay - the standard room was not like the Hotels.com description. There was no TV in either of our rooms, we didn't get water even once (despite asking), and the dustbin in the bathroom had previous occupant's ..."
