Casa agradable y acogedora

Poco espacio pero bien aprovechado, muy bien equipada con todos lo necesario para la estancia, por ultimo la ubicacion muy buena a un paso de las pista y de todo.Solo podria mejorar, que la lavadora pierde agua al lavar ropa, la aspiradora esta muy sucia (huele muy mal), el wifi no funciona .

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement qui est très fonctionnel et idéalement situé au pied des pistes et au cœur de la station.Très calme et vue superbe. Propriétaire très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement conforme à la description. Idéalement placé, nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Avoriaz. Mme FRESNEAU répond très vite et vous donne toutes les informations avant votre arrivée.

Great stay

Great little apartment, and the layout is perfect for sectioning off areas and giving you a feel of space in a small area. They dont have any wifi as theuve been let down by the providers but they offered to reimburse us the cost of a 4g box avaifrom rex. Luckily we had excellent 5g service.

Appartement très bien équipé et cosy

Appartement très bien situé au pied des pistes, très bien équipé notamment pour la cuisine, avec une super vue. Mezzanine très agréable pour des enfants, mais si besoin des adultes aussi. Bravo pour le soin apporté à cet appartement.

Es war ein sehr angehnemer Aufenhalt in Avoriaz. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit vielen kleinen lieben Details. Uns hat es an nichts gefehtl.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Toll ist es das ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt gleich im Gebäude nebendran ist. Wir haben es sehr genossen das wir mit den Ski gleich los fahren konnten.

Super emplacement, au cœur de la station, appartement très bien aménagé et confortable. Néanmoins attention au bruit pour les gens se couchant de bonne heure, de nombreux bars en bas de la résidence.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été ravis de passer la semaine du nouvel an dans ce grand studio qui est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Nous avons grandement apprécié les 2 appareils à fondu et à raclette !!! car les restaurants étaient fermés ( cause covid ). L'appartement est idéalement situé dans la Station. La Mezzanine a ravi nos enfants car cela ressemble à un petit nid perché. La douche est spatieuse ce qui est appréciable dans ce style d'appartement. Merci pour ces vacances réussies !

Lovely apartment in a great location

A great apartment, recently refurbished, with modern kitchen and bathrooms, whilst retaining a Savoyard feel. The apartment is very well appointed, and was comfortable for our party of 4, but would fit 5 or 6. A great location, straight out into the centre of Avoriaz, for both ski in, ski out, and also shops, bars and restaurants. Despite its cetntral location it was also quiet, due to it being high up in its block, so away from the noise. This also gave the benefit of fantastic views, and great sunsets due to its westerly aspect. The owner has taken great care to appoint the property comprehensively, especially the kitchen. WiFi was fast and reliable. Overall, would thoroughly recommend.

Great location

The apartment is very well situated at the bottom off the main street. The view is great. No surprises; it is as discribed. Well equipped but the hoover need to be looked at. Perfect for our family of 4.

Nice and very central Appartement with a beautiful view

This small apartment is well equipped. The location is very central, all shops are just a few meters away. And from the elevator you can go directly to the ski slopes. Even though, it is quiet in the night. I would stay there definitely again.

Un appartement très fonctionnel et surtout très agréable

Séjour d'une semaine au mois de mars, moi et la personne qui ont séjourné ont été globalement ravis de la prestation. Très central, l'appartement est parfaitement agencé, aucune place perdue, refait à neuf récemment avec un coin douche très agréable malgré son exiguïté. Très belle vue par ailleurs. Presque 5 étoiles mais il manque une machine espreso et le matelas de la mezzanine est beaucoup trop inconfortable, certainement en raison de la difficulté de pouvoir faire installer un matelas épais, nous n'avons pu y passer qu'une nuit avant de nous rabattre sur la banquette du bas.

Séjour très agréable! L’appartement est charmant et situé au pied des pistes

L’appartement est récent avec une belle salle de bain. La cuisine est très récente, fonctionnelle et équipée d’un lave vaisselle. Les appareils à raclette et à fondue sont des petits plus très agréables lors d’un séjour aux sports d’hiver!

Séjour agréable

Très bon séjour, appartement fonctionnel au calme et très bien positionné au centre de la station. Nous avons été très satisfait du séjour. Seul point négatif, nous sommes arrivés le samedi à 16h et l'appartement n'avait pas été nettoyé et était dans un état lamentable (les prédécesseurs anglais n'avait pas été tendres avec les lieux) mais l'agence a très vite réglé le problème.

Perfect

This is the second time we have rented this apartment. It's location is brilliant to the shops and for ski in and out. The apartment is well equipped with cooking equipment, wifi, DVD and TV. It is not a big apartment but uses all space very well for storage and sleeping arrangements for our family of 4. Lovely shower and great ski storage inside. Would recommend and communication with owner is excellent.

Fantastic self catering apartment in Avoriaz

The apartment was well designed and well equipped....... the power shower was luxurious after a day on the ski slopes! Mme Fresneau was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The only downside was that we rented bedding and towels from the agency Avoriaz Location and it was incredibly expensive!
