“The WiFi doesn’t work from the room but the balcony only. The bands are not any good and keeping playing till 9:30pm which make it worse. Plus the construction noise during our stay. ”

“This place was an incredibly beautiful, it is exactly like what i saw on the app before booking, nothing else nothing more The only difference i have seen was the service guy ( Ray ), he was so good and professional person in dealing with customers, open for any question and recommendations ”

“ Sunset bungalow on Nusa Penida Island: OK, so a lot to say about this villa. Me and my friend came to Bali and stayed at 6 different places over 4 weeks. I think this was our least favourite mainly for the fact that it was not convenient. Don’t get me wrong the hotel villa itself was fine, but the location was extremely inconvenient and not accessible to using grab to book a car driver it made that not possible at all, which meant that the local taxis could charge you whatever price they……

“Had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff are super professional and friendly, and also available at all times. The villa was absolutely beautiful. The pool appeared clean, and the outdoor shower was great. The only small minuses we experienced were some lack of eye for detail - room service failed to clear away a few items for the entire stay (2 days), and the hotel gym was pretty hot. All in all amazing. ”

“共入住4晚，第二晚發現床上有不少沙，相信由上層地板隙跌落嚟，實在難以接受，職員有建議換房，但實在太多嘢要執過，所以拒絕了; 上下層只隔一層木地板， 除第一晚外，一早一晚都聽著上層行嚟行去、傾計、睇電視、執嘢同跌嘢聲，除上層噪音外，仲有雞叫、狗叫、傾計聲、車聲同浪聲全晚交響樂，影響睡眠。選擇這旅館是因為在海邊方便下水，但其實並不適合游水，水質太差，垃圾太多，可惜……”
