“Soggiorno piacevole, per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più...in bagno non era presente il kit di benvenuto omaggio doccia(fortunatamente ho portato shampoo e balsamo)..inoltre non era presente un porta spazzolini e dentifricio...per il resto accettabile....bar e ristorante un po cari....pizza buona,menù ristorante da rivedere....un po povero come scelta...gli spaghetti con le vongole abbastanza scarsi ho contato 5-6 vongole esagerando...(22 euro)i calamari erano surgelati (20 euro). “Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in luglio e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della casa. Grande, accogliente e provvisto di tutte le comodità. La posizione era ottima: permetteva una meravigliosa vista sulla costa e sul mare, che era raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. “Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questa casa e ci siamo trovati malissimo: la casa è sciatta, sporca e poco curata. Bagno sporco dove addirittura hanno lasciato una spugna sporca che chissà da chi era stata usata, cucina dove la cappa mi è rimasta letteralmente in mano e sedia rotta, per non parlare della branda su cui dovevamo dormire. Certamente non vale quanto l'abbiamo pagata. Non consiglio assolutamente se non per la vicinanza al mare ma, credetemi, trovate di meglio a parità di vicinanza.……

“We had a wonderful time in Filippos apartment. It is well equipped, clean and has the most amazing views. The beach is very close and just absolutely beautiful. “Bella, comodissima e attrezzatissima casa vicinissima alla spiaggia. La propetaria e' stata super paziente e ha risposto a tutte le mie numerose domande. Bel giardino per il nostro cane. Bel parcheggio a fianco alla casa. Super location. C'e tutto cio' di cui si ha bisogno. Il cancelletto d'ingresso non e'molto sicuro quindi se si ha un cane bisogna essere sicuri che non sia uno che scappa. A Costa Rei non c'e' spiaggia x i cani al momento (2022). “Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus war wunderschön: Lage, Ausstattung und vor allem die Ausblicke aus Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Es führt ein schmaler Pfad direkt zum Meer. Giovanni ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken gefüllt und die Kommunikation war sehr herzlich. Giovanni spricht nur italienisch, aber Dank Übersetzprogramm war dies überhaupt kein Problem. Wir komnen gerne wieder und sagen Giovanni und seiner Frau herzlichen Dank!”

“Ausstattung reichlich was nicht immer üblich ist bei Ferienhäusern. Auch eine neue Mikrowelle war vorhanden nur der Anschluss fehlte. Der kleine nicht funktionstüchtige Fernseher hat keinen Abbruch getan, denn abends noch auf der Terrasse oder im Garten zu sitzen war sehr angenehm. Gerade der goße Garten mit Zugang zum Seitenweg und dann zum Strand war sehr schön. Insgesamt eine sehr gepflegte und nette Art zu wohnen.”

“Das Haus hat einen tollen Garten, in dem man auch bei heißen Temperaturen wunderbar entspannen kann. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt alles was man für einen Aufenthalt mit einer 4-köpfigen Familie braucht. Ein Highlight ist die geräumige Außenküche mit dem großzügigen Sitzbereich. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr nett empfangen und hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Vom Haus aus ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Wir hatten einen tollen Pfingsturlaub und können diese Jahreszeit in Costa Rei……
