“I came for a solo trip to unwind and enjoy the views, and this place was perfect for that! I spent 80% of my trip on the sunroom sofa, and it was magical. It's like living in a tree house! In the morning you wake up and it feels like you're inside a cloud, as the sun burns it off the view shows across the mountains. I even had a rainbow across the mountains 2 days in a row!I also had a lot of questions for the owners before and during the stay. They were super patient and responded quickly, and……

“My husband an I went to black bear den for our 67th anniversary it was more than I expected it was private well decorated and had everything you needed to cook with we never even left the cabin grabbed our groceries on the way in hot tub amazing, the cabin felt comfortable and cozy we did not want to leave will do this one again”

“The house itself is very nice and equipped with anything you might need, but the best feature is the view from the screen porch. You can see the lake. Not a clear view but beautiful through the tree tops. I've never been anywhere so quiet. All we heard were birds and an occaisonal boat. The wifi was down and cell service is very spotty, but a blessing to get away from there. Can't wait to return.”
