"Craig was a wonderful host. His property is a clean and well maintained, secluded and peaceful retreat from the numerous beach areas. The beaches, stores, restaurants, and historical attractions are within 12-16 minutes of the Osprey Nest’s quiet neighborhood. This was the perfect place to return to at the end of a busy day. Would happily recommend. "

"Property was very clean and was as described. Beds were adequate but full sized rather than queen which is typical of most rentals we looked at. Our grandson loved the air hockey and foosball tables.The owner was super responsive to any questions/concerns we had. The house is walkable to the bay beach and the township pool across the street was great and reasonably priced (5/person for the day, 3 for kids). It was a quick drive to Washington street and the beach in Cape May. Our family enjoyed our stay!"

"This property was very clean and had all the amenities, even a robe which I was thankful for as I didn’t brIng one. I brought food down and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook a meal. It’s a cozy and quiet place and relatively close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We mostly walked to where we wanted to go as long as it wasn’t too hot. "

"Family friendly place in a great location in North Cape May. Plenty of room for a large family and the backyard was a perfect spot for everyone to hang out, swim or use the hot tub. Walking distance to Wawa and Acme. Short drive to the North Cape May beach or a 10 minute drive into Cape May. Good communication, definitely recommend! "

"Owner made check in simple and easy. Appreciated the availability of bikes, beach badges and chairs, etc. very clean. Good showers and a washer and drier. Need I say more. The neighborhood was quiet and the local bar, C-view served a delicious burger and cold beer. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This house was falling apart, I don’t know who took those pictures but they deserve an award for hiding all the flaws. Carpet is super dirty, drywall crumbling up the stairs, big stains in bathrooms. It was not worth a tenth of what I paid, this host needs to stop neglecting this house. They have signage posted in the house basically trying to guilt people into leaving 4 or 5 star reviews, but I felt taken advantage of because other than the correct number of beds, I would not have stayed at all and will never rent from this host again if this is what they think is acceptable. I’m just upset I didn’t take pictures, I didn’t know I would have been able to show it. "
