"En todo momento tuvimos la información para entrar en la habitación. Son habitaciones muy amplias. Está a 300 m de la estación y eso es muy buena cosa. Además al lado hay un montón de centros comerciales como Aldi panaderías restaurantes, puedes acceder a cualquier cosa que te haga falta. A mejorar: Unas almohadas en condiciones. Y que vinieran a hacer la habitación cada día, no vienen. Nos faltó papel WC y tuvimos que comprarlo."

"Positiv ist, dass das Personal äußerst freundlich ist und das Zimmer sehr sauber war. Angenehm ist auch, dass man einen sehr großen Fernseher auf dem Zimmer hatte, der sogar Sky Empfang hatte. Alles andere ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung wurde ganz sicher seit den 80er / 90er Jahren nicht mehr erneuert. Die Kissen waren wie ein Bezug befüllt mit sehr viel Watte. Man hatte ein bisschen Jugendherbergsfeeling. Die ganze Unterkunft hat einen komischen Geruch und im Restaurant riecht...

"I had such a nice stay! While family was at Fachklinik Dr. Herzog, I stayed here, only a few minutes walking distance. "The rooms were comfortable and practical for our 1 week stay. All of the staff was genuinely warm, helpful and welcoming. The chef Carolina made delicious Brazilian croquettes for breakfast and was very friendly. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of all the other people, but the service was excellent. Laundry machines were useful and in good condition. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and we had an excellent view of the city. I highly recommend staying at this hotel."
